Warranty Terms & Conditions

The smart lock is guaranteed for the specified warranty period. The applicable warranty period and coverage are as follows:

1. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use of the product.
2. Product Warranty Excludes the Following :
• Excluded normal wear & tear
• Buttons, housing and other external attachments, consumables parts or
• Cracked LCD screen with cosmetic damage (dents, cracks, scratches, etc.)
• Improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment, or alteration or modification
• If any part or parts of the device are replaced with parts that are not supplied or approved by ITALUXE
• Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized ITALUXE technician
• If the product serial number has been removed, tampered with, or falsified
• Use of damaged or leaking batteries or batteries not recommended by ITALUXE
• Disasters such as floods, fires, storms, earthquakes or lightning
• Use or contact with chemicals
• Door slams due to missing or malfunctioning locking mechanism
• In order to get warranty protection, suspected defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered by our team.
• Any on-site support turns out to be nothing or not manufacturer’s faults, transportation and service charges apply.

3. There shall be NO WARRANTY for battery leakage and related problems. Kindly observe the following precautions:
• Use the alkaline batteries (AA Size) or (AAA Size) that recommended by ITALUXE, like Panasonic Alkaline, Maxell Alkaline, Eveready Alkaline
• Do not mix old and new batteries
• Do not use battery more than 12 months

4. There will be Service and Labour fees charged once the warranty period is over (Service & labour charge RM180 for Klang Valley area)
